How Do We Do Our ADHD Testing?
Our ADHD testing is provided through CREYOS, a health assessment cleared by the FDA that tests an individual’s symptoms associated with ADHD. The results help us in diagnosis and understanding of the best approach for your treatment.
Using your personal computer, laptop, tablet, or phone, Creyos can help gain a better understanding of 3 primary symptoms:
- Get Started: Your healthcare provider will send you an email with a link to the assessment or schedule a time for you to complete it in their office.
- Introduction: Before you begin, you’ll be given a brief overview of what to expect, how to navigate the assessment, and the estimated completion time.
- Interactive Tutorial: You’ll then be guided through an interactive tutorial for your first task. You can repeat the tutorial as many times as needed to feel comfortable with the process.
- Complete the Assessment: Once you’ve finished the tutorial, you’ll be ready to complete the assessment.
- Report Sent to Your Provider: Upon completion, a report will be automatically sent to your healthcare provider for review.
